Position Overview & Specifications

We have numerous roles in our clients new building which will cover a variety of shift patterns from AM,PM to late shifts up to 7 days a week ,to ensure the standards of cleaning in this new state of the art building at a premium level.

Job Purpose & Context:

The purpose of this role is to help ISS become the world’s greatest service organisation by providing excellent service performance through high standards of cleaning.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Management:

Ø Take responsibility for your work and actionsto show you care

Ø Daily, weekly and periodic tasks are carried out as requested

Ø Demonstrate full working knowledge of all relevant equipment and materials.

Ø Co-operate with requests from client and managers, giving assistance where necessary

Ø Manage own time effectively by prioritising tasks and understanding the urgency of certain requests

Ø Highlight any facilities-related issues to line management and/or service desk, ensuring the customer’s work environment and experience is always at the forefront of our daily activity

Ø Ensure that service levels are being met or exceeded.

Ø Assist the company during investigations of accidents and safety related incidents

Ø Pro-actively look for ways to delight the client

Qualifications:

Ø Good standard of general education

Ø A good level of spoken English and an ability to read English at a basic level

Experience:

Ø Previous cleaning and or housekeeping experience essential
