This Cyber Security Professional role within our Operations unit will challenge you daily to use your technical skills and experience to identify and diagnose complex security network issues. You'll work collaboratively with security teams, customer representatives, vendors, and support staff to deliver a customer-focused service.
As the Cyber Security Professional, you'll manage the delivery of security infrastructure and services to provide identity and trust solutions, managed security services, and secure network infrastructure for ITUS and its customers. You'll troubleshoot and resolve major and complicated security incidents and issues, liaise with designers and other SMEs to identify faults and problems, and provide technical security advice and recommendations to support proactive risk management and reactive incident management. You'll also manage incidents and deliver changes within agreed SLAs and update incident tickets and change tickets within SLAs.
To be considered for this role, you'll need knowledge of security management, network and information security, people security, and running one or more services within a Security Operations Center. You should have demonstrable background in complex fault handling, Cisco and CheckPoint Firewall skills, F5 skills, strong knowledge of IP protocols, and certification in CISSP, Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CCSP, Checkpoint CCSA, or CCSE. Troubleshooting, network security, network testing, network configuration, technical documentation, network implementation, and incident management are necessary skills.
