Position Overview & Specifications
We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join the James` Places Group. This is a great time for you to join a business whose portfolio is built up of an exquisite collection of hotels, inns and wedding venues. If you thrive on working in a dynamic and fast paced environment this could be the role for you.
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing multi-site leadership across the group. You will be working closely with our General Managers and be a hands-on operator coaching and supporting the team to deliver the highest standards whilst ensuring budgeted targets and KPIs are hit.
We require the candidate to be experienced in multi-site operations and have the ability to lead and drive the food & beverage operation across numerous venues within the group.
You will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the varying business models across site and the different requirements for each, in order to maximise delivery.
Reporting to the Operations Director, this position will suit an individual with hands on knowledge within the hospitality sector, particularly high-volume venues and the ability to drive the whole site forward, constantly developing product, service and training standards.
