Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week.
K2 Crawley sits at the heart of Crawley. This role would suit an experienced manager looking for a new challenge and to progress at a flagship Everyone Active site. A background to health and safety and operational management is vital, plus a sales and retention focus would be advantageous. - Be passionate and determined to drive forward new business, to exceed sales and revenue targets whilst delivering a high standard of customer service and retention
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and strong management skills to maximise the overall profitability of the centre
- Manage their time and ensure deadlines are met for reporting and projects
- Manage health, safety and quality standards within their centre
- Create a fun and friendly environment in which you are a role model of professionalism, honesty and integrity as you interact with your team and centre members whist embracing our company values.
