Position Overview & Specifications
Finance Shared Services is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and competent individual in the Accounts Payable team. The team works closely internally with colleagues in Finance and elsewhere in the University and externally with our suppliers.
You will be expected to provide high quality, efficient and effective transaction processing skills and advice to ensure that the University’s processes and procedures are adhered to and targets met. The successful candidate will report directly to the Accounts Payable Manager.
The PersonYou will have experience of working in an Accounts payable function. We are a small, friendly team and the ability to communicate and work as a team player is essential. The role is customer-facing therefore good interpersonal and communication skills are important.

The Finance function aims to deliver the strategic objectives of the University with a clear focus on customer service.

Further informationThis is a full time, fixed term position until 15 January 2024 with a starting salary of £26,254 per annum.
