Relevant professional accounting qualification (exam-qualified suffices for some qualifications)
AAT/CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified or passed finalist
Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification
Association of Taxation Technicians Qualification
Any other equivalent accountancy or tax qualification
Focus on marking quality and student outcomes
Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm
Flexibility
