We are seeking a highly motivated Booking Agent to join our team in the Dental and Beauty Niche. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales/customer service, with experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Contact inbound leads through various channels (calls, texts, emails) to book consultations and/or treatments
- Manage a pipeline of leads and appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient communication
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns
- Collaborate with the team to identify new business opportunities and improve booking processes
- Meet or exceed monthly booking targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with dental and beauty treatments is a plus
