Position Overview & Specifications
You will join a domestic team ensuring a five star clean environment for our service users, colleagues and visitors, you would be required to work 5/7 days a week, which includes working some weekends and Bank holidays. Position is 37.5 hours per week; hours vary but are between 0600 – 1900 according to rota.
The Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LYPFT) is the main provider of Mental Health and Learning Disability services in Leeds. We also provide specialist inpatient services in York and some highly specialised services across the country. The post holder is responsible for providing a high standard of domestic service to patients, staff and visitors within Clinical/Non-Clinical departments, alone or as part of a team
The Soft FM service is provided as part of the wider Estates and Facilities Directorate. The domestic Assistant works as part of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering a high standard of cleaning in areas of high activity with frequent change. Staff must be flexible, adaptable and work to support other staff, who have clinical responsibility to service users.
