The Opportunity
Leonardo has a fantastic new opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join the team based at our London Office in Piccadilly. The purpose of the role is to provide administrative and secretarial support to members of the Senior Management Team including but not limited to, diary and schedule management, travel & expense coordination, e-mail and correspondence oversight in addition to co-ordinating internal and external meetings.
Building and maintaining strong relationships and networks with a range of internal and external stakeholders will be key to the successful delivery through an open and professional approach.

What you will do
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support to members of the UK Senior Team
- Diary management, co-ordinating and booking meetings.
- Travel, accommodation and expenses for members of the UK Senior Team .
- Assist with the organisation of meetings including forward planning of meetings, collation and distribution of papers and preparation of presentation material.
- Coordinate and book confidential meetings as required by members of the UK Senior Team.
- Organisation and execution of external visits for VIPs including protocol, logistics, time management and visitors system.
- Management and support of events to be hosted on the London site.
- Responsible for filing system for areas of span on control.
- Working in partnership with other PAs to ensure seamless delivery of operational and administrative tasks across the business.
- Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations, by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.

What we are looking for
- Able to demonstrate a range of administrative and organisation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, plus willingness to learn other software tools such as SAP, Concur.
- Experience working within or closely within a blue chip organisation is desirable.
