Location: Unit 18b, Paragon Business Park, Red Hall Crescent, Wakefield Hours: Full time Practice: Paragon Veterinary Referrals

Your role and responsibilities

  • Dealing with clients attending appointments with their pets both face to face and over the telephone
  • Booking appointments and dealing with customer queries
  • Front of house reception, meeting and greeting clients on arrival with their pets
  • Updating patient records and registering clients on our practice management system
  • General ad hoc admin duties
  • Liaising with referring vet practices to facilitate booking of appointments

You will be

  • Well organised, able to multi task and have impeccable time management skills
  • Previous customer service experience essential
  • Excellent telephone manner, able to deal with high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
  • Confident and resilient
  • Remain calm, courteous and professional at all times
  • Be aware of GDPR guidelines when dealing with client data
