Job Description Our team is responsible for the strategic management of third party Market Data (external pricing and reference data) and Business Information contracts for the group and manages a budget of £millions/ year. The role will appeal to a motivated and career minded individual keen to develop, that has good attention to details and organisational skills. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate information in the inventory database updating contracts pricing, users and service information
• Handle the Market data team mailbox for requests and issues.
• Action joiners, movers & leaver requests for user based access
• Review user lists for contract renewals
• Process and reconciliation of invoices
• Exchange declaration
• Manage the month end process and recharge

Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate will ideally have the following skills:

• Ideally 2+ years in similar role
• MDM
• Experience with DACS or other entitlement systems
• Market Data Industry knowledge
• Advanced Excel skills
• Superb communication and documentation skills
• Works independently to collate and analyse data using pre-determined tools, methods and formats.
