About the Role
This position reports to the IT Regional Manager and operates under the general direction of the Transformation International Operations PMO. A key element of this role is ensuring close integration between product teams and business area operations within the specified region.The ideal candidate is an experienced contributor capable of working with multiple stakeholder groups to ensure successful completion of specific projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage regular communication rhythms with key BA stakeholders within a particular region.
- Coordinate key requirements inputs and business needs from International BA stakeholders to BA implementation organizations and product teams.
- Support the International Operations PMO to drive completion of key core team deliverables.
- Highlight risk areas, blockers, and key priorities of by BA regional operations to the International PMO and other stakeholders as needed.
- Build close partnerships with BA stakeholders within a region and ensure alignment and consistent information flows between international and US domestic BA teams.
Required skills, qualifications and experience
Required Skills:
- Experience of successful project management and stakeholder collaboration in a technical environment
- Proven self-starter demonstrated through related work experience.
- Proven strong collaboration and teaming skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (both verbal and written) with all levels of management and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment with only general direction.
- Committed to personal excellence, ethical behaviour, and integrity.
Desired Skills:
- General business experience and a knowledge of a wide range of industry-standard business and engineering applications.
- Experience with SAP or other key business applications.
- Previous experience as a Team lead.
- Experience of working in an international environment that crosses multiple time zones, languages, and cultures.
