About the role

(This could be anything student related; from poor attendance, behaviour issues, anxiety, bullying or stress) Wellbeing and welfare of the students will be your priority ensuring that they are best prepared for their classroom learning. About you
The school are looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate with a passion for supporting the welfare and wellbeing of pupils. Experience isn’t necessary but enthusiasm is a must. The job can be equally rewarding and give you a real sense of purpose. A desire to support pupils to make the most of their time in school, will see you play many roles, from motivational speaker to agony aunt. Being a good listener is a vital quality in this role.
