We are keen to employ our next intake of enthusiastic graduates to our new two-year Graduate Programme. The programme consists of up to three placement rotations from across the business. In every placement, you'll receive all the training and support needed to succeed in your role.

Subject to your degree and our business needs, your rotations will be between:
1. Highways Engineering, Major Projects, Structures, Flood and Water Management, and Lighting and Technology, or
2. Transport and Development Planning, Traffic Engineering, Landscape and Urban Design, Parking, and Communications and Engagement
We will consider applicants from a wide range of backgrounds, but are ideally looking for applicants to have a degree in:
- Civil engineering
- Geography
- Other relevant degrees
- Structured internal and external training to develop your technical knowledge and enable continuous professional development.
- Financial and development support towards a relevant professional qualification.
