Job Description
The Operations Associate will be required to do the following:
- Perform daily Operational activities.
- Processing of Payments and Collections for Customers.
- Prepare/check and distribute Funding Documents.
- Support, confirm, settle and match Treasury Activity.
- Maintain daily interest LIBOR and other currency rates.
- Record and action service calls from customers.
- Adhoc Reconciliation of Operating Accounts using SAP.
- Escalation of issues to Operations Manager
The Successful Applicant
The requirements for the Operations Associate are as follows:
- At least two years' experience in Financial Services.
- MUST SPEAK FLUENT SPANISH
- Able to demonstrate a high level of competence in combining professional call-handling skills with data/interactive web transactions.
- Exposure to dealing with confidential and sensitive material/information, and experience of handling these situations with discretion and integrity.
- Experience of working within a small team, working collaboratively with colleagues to resolve matters.
