We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our Customer Care team. You will be happy working in a fast-paced & fun environment within a team that sits in the heart of our business.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an empathetic, caring and adaptable individual with excellent communication skills who would like be a part of our goal of going the extra mile to ensure the utmost customer satisfaction. You will be passionate about customer care and self-improvement and work closely with our Customer Care Managers to achieve this. We want you to be great brand ambassadors who maintain good knowledge of our products and services and obtain excellent customer feedback.
Please note: working days will be Sunday to Thursday - 9am-6pm.
