A Process Engineer is required in Sheffield for an outstanding opportunity in an highly regulated manufacturing company, supplying an array of products into a highly profitable sector.
They are looking to expand their team through the hiring of a hard working, adaptable and humble individual, to assist in overseeing, configuring and optimising the processes, to drive success further, streamlining efficiency and culture.

Responsibilities:
- Assessing industrial processes and taking measurements and data
- Developing practices, routines and solutions to help improve productivity and product quality
- Designing and running process simulations, performing risk assessment testing to eliminate time and cost constraints
- Preparing process documentation and operating instructions
- Overseeing and assessing new and existing processes and workflows
- Devising, implementing and testing new strategies to help optimise productivity
- Analysing data to discover areas that need improvements and upgrades
- Assessing compliance and adherence to safety and quality standards and reporting to higher management about their findings and proposals
- Scrap analysis, monitoring and reviewing
- Very production based, on the shop floor
Experience and Skills:
- A graduate in a relevant degree / masters or having finished an apprenticeship - relating to etc
- 6-12+ months experience working as a Process/Manufacturing Engineer in a chemistry, chemical engineering, material sciences sector
- A dynamic, independent and motivated individual
- Solution driven and initiative led
- Effective communicator
- Willing self starter and ability to prioritise workload
