We design, manufacture & install Steel and GRP housings amongst other diverse products. Our Primary client base includes the Utilities and Construction sectors.
As Morgan Marine continues to thrive and our client base expands, we are looking to strengthen our back office with an experienced Service Delivery Administrator.
THE ROLE: Morgan Marine are recruiting for a Service Delivery Administrator to work in their back office. You will be required to support a small but established team by providing customer service and carrying out administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Design, Engineering and Production departments. In addition, you be required to liaise with customers and our Production team regarding deliveries, capturing information for production to ensure that delivery schedules are met.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Good administrative experience, strong communication skills and an eye for detail are essential for this role. Customer service experience and a good telephone manner are also required. Must have experience in using the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in using EAP systems is useful, although full training will be given.
THE PACKAGE: Up to £11.54 per hour (depending on experience). We also offer a competitive benefits package including 31 days holiday rising to 33, Life insurance, Pension, and an Employee Assistance Programme. In addition, Morgan Marine offers flexible working.
