Aufgaben

Verwalten von Anfragen von Umzugsunternehmen in unserem System
Bearbeitung eingehender E-Mails und Anrufe
Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen und Berichten
Mithilfe bei der Optimierung von Verwaltungsprozessen

Qualifikation

Erfahrung in der Verwaltung oder im Büromanagement ist von Vorteil.
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
