Overall objective
To Service accounts in line with Company Procedure.
Responsibilities
- Use of DCOM system.
- Preparation of Binding authority contracts
- Assist in regulation of binding authorities
- Process premium accounting bordereaux / enter onto the Company in house System.
- Prepare Premium Endorsements for agreement and closing to Xchanging, via Platform.
- Liaise with Clients to ensure prompt payment of premiums.
- Payment reconciliations including premiums and claims.
- Analysis and Processing of Excel Spreadsheets
- Use of Company in house System to create policy entries.
- Help drive forward good Conduct for the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers / policyholders
