We’re looking for Reception Officers to join our friendly and welcoming customer service team.
Salary starting from £20,104 p.a (£10.42 per hour)
About The Role
As one of our Reception team, you’ll help bridge the gap between the university and our students and customers, helping us to deliver the university experience, and make sure that our values are placed at the forefront.
You would be reporting directly to our Reception Services Manager where in your role as front of house, you’ll carry out your tasks in a professional and effective fashion, whilst also making sure that our staff, students and visitors all experience a great welcome. We want to guarantee a safe and secure environment for all.
- Recognise and deal with customer queries, requests and problems either face to face, by telephone or in writing.
- Undertake business administrative duties
- Provide a safe and secure environment through effective key control, buildings locking and unlocking procedures and supporting Security team to deliver a safe working environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to work effectively with a wide range of people.
- Have top-notch organizational skills.
- Capability of taking initiative in any given situation.
- A positive can do attitude with a desire to go above and beyond.
