We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate General Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a General Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, managing a wide range of medical conditions and promoting preventive healthcare. Responsibilities:
Patient Care:Conduct thorough medical assessments, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections.
Develop personalized treatment plans and provide appropriate medical interventions.
Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness and potential side effects.
Offer guidance on preventive healthcare measures, such as immunizations, screenings, and lifestyle modifications.
Provide referrals to specialists when necessary, coordinating and managing patients' overall healthcare needs.
Health Promotion and Disease Prevention:Educate patients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and disease prevention strategies.
Promote health awareness through community outreach programs, workshops, and seminars.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to implement public health initiatives.
Medical Record Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Document patient visits, medical histories, treatments, and test results using electronic health record systems.
Review and interpret test results, communicate findings to patients, and initiate appropriate follow-up actions.

Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
