Aufgaben- Technischer Ansprechpartner für Produktion und Projektmanagement rund um das Themenfeld Automatisierungstechnik
- Entwicklung, Einführung und Dokumentation neuer sowie bestehender Automatisierungsprozesse
- Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Projektteams sowie Übernahme von Teilprojektverantwortung
- Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Automatisierungsprojekten inklusive Erstellung von Lastenheften
- Einführung und Implementierung innovativer Technologien und neuer Projektlösungen
- Erstellung technischer Spezifikationen sowie Koordination und Betreuung externer Lieferanten
- Überwachung von Projektfortschritten und Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Umsetzung durch Lieferanten
- Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses zwischen allen Projektbeteiligten
- Begleitung von Abmusterungen sowie Vorbereitung und Bewertung von Grenzmustern
- Ganzheitliche Betreuung von Projekten von der Konstruktionsphase bis zur ersten Serienabmusterung
- Aktive Mitgestaltung und eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von Maßnahmen im kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess (KVP)
- Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Meister oder Techniker im Bereich Kunststofftechnik oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium
- Langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Automotive
- Erfahrung im Bereich der Prozesstechnik speziell im Bereich des Spritzgießens (Erfahrung mit Krauss Maffei von Vorteil)
- Offenheit gegenüber neuen Aufgaben (Projektarbeit)
- Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationsstärke
- Selbstständiges und verantwortungsvolles Arbeiten, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Bereitschaft zur ständigen Weiterentwicklung und Fortbildung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
