FOR THIS ROLE
Have a strong skill set to operate Back Of House operations.
Confidently warrant staffing budgets and ensure that staffing levels are coherent to business needs.
Maintain high service standards & ensure guest satisfaction
Be trustworthy and have the ability to confidently open and close the site efficiently.
Maintain a high calibre of staff, and enhance all training and development along side the companies training policy.
Have great banter and serve with a smile. Our guests are paramount to the restaurants success, we never say no!
