You will:
- Be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process
- Providing advice and mentoring to managers and employees on all phases of the recruitment and/or staffing process
- Provide timely and appropriate HR Support across the employee lifecycle
- Dealing with sensitive day-to-day people management issues and act as an advisor to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to all legal and best practice obligations
- Developing strong relationships with business and functional leaders and becoming recognized as a trusted contributor
- Partnering with Senior HR Leaders and other HR colleagues in the implementation of the HR plans and initiatives.
- Monitoring, designing, and implementing company policies as part of the HR team
- Monitoring key HR metrics
Requirements:
- MSc in Human Resources Management or CIPD qualifications
- 2+ years of HR experience working within a demanding, fast-paced competitive environment
- Good knowledge of UK labor law and HR practices and their application in meeting business requirements
- Hands-on experience managing the full recruiting cycle
- Strong customer service and communications (verbal and written) skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Managing time and resources effectively; meeting mutually agreed deadlines and flags delays and obstacles
- Adapting quickly and positively to new situations
