Description A fantastic opportunity to join this growing Admin team at an entry level.
Over the last 2 years the Operational Data team has grown and become an integral part of the business. Initially formed as an admin function to support Customer Services. The team ensure changes to member details are uploaded and correct documentation is collected. They have taken on a greater workload and more responsibilities which will see you being trained in a wide variety of duties. The opportunity for hybrid working comes with this role, with the team in 1 day a week as a minimum (after completed training)
Duties and Responsibilities
Merge duplicate records and manage the βPotential merge reportβ to reduce the number of duplications.
Ensure accuracy of data and contact customers where required.
Support opportunities to improve accuracy and quality of data and manage additional and bulk volume processes as required by the department and business.
Manage all customer activities across a range of products and processes, to ensure exceptional levels of service are delivered continually in line with agreed service standards
Take ownership of maintaining relationships with customers, Business Partners, IFAβs and Strategic Partners including third party providers, to address/resolve service and technology enquiries/issues and support and Promote Peopleβs Partnership and The Peopleβs Pension.
Maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements, including automatic enrolment, TPR, FCA, DWP, HMRC, DPA.
Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements, complaint and compliance rules and processes
Identify, escalate, and analyse customer problems/complaints, understand the differences between a negative experience and a complaint along with how to deal with both accordingly, and any work carried out ensures that the customer does not suffer as a result. No previous experience necessary within a Data role just a basic admin background.
Whilst the department is set up with processes and templated emails and letters the successful candidate will be encouraged to bring new ideas to the ways of working and supporting the management team in updating documents to ensure members are engaged.
