Are you a highly organised, customer-orientated individual? We are currently recruiting for an Admin Support on the Complaints Handling Team for a 3 month temporary contract based in Manchester City Centre.

If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant, fast-paced team and demonstrate your superb administrative and customer service skills, then this is the role for you!

As Admin Support, you will provide customer service and administrative support to the Complaints Handling Team. You will be responsible for managing the complaints process from start to finish and providing a high level of customer service.

To be successful as Admin Support, you will need to demonstrate:

• Proven administrative experience, including excellent organisation and time management skills.

An ability to work quickly, accurately and to tight deadlines.

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and manage a large workload.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Previous Complaints handling Experience is preferred but not essential.
