A day in the life of a Recruitment Coordinator at phs will involve;

• Advertising vacancies on job boards and social media.
• Use CV databases to search for difficult to find skillsets.
• Telephone screening candidates.
• Arranging interviews.
• Giving feedback after interviews.
• Creating offer letters and contracts on our candidate management system.
• Ensuring all required documentation is uploaded onto our candidate management system.
• Providing accurate data and reports as required.

The ideal candidate for a Recruitment Coordinator role at phs will have:

• Experience in a busy, volume recruitment department.
• The ability to manage a full recruitment process from vacancy going live to candidate’s first day.
• Confidence using a number of communication methods, including telephone (Teams), and email.
