Part Time HR Assistant – Brent – Secondary School – ASAP Start
A successful Brent School is seeking a HR Assistant to join their HR team on a fixed term contract for 6 months. This is a part-time role working 3 days a week. The salary for this role is £38,000 - £43,000 per annum.

About the role:
The successful HR Assistant will predominately support with the schools recruitment and selection process. The HR Assistant will work alongside the Head of HR and HR Officer supporting an efficient and effective recruitment process.
The HR Assistant will support Head of HR in the following areas:
- Recruitment and selection
- Retention
- Performance management
- Absence and cover
- Temporary staffing
- Payroll and pensions
- Retirement
- Redundancy
- Dismissal
- GDPR admin
- HR related legal issues
The successful applicant will ideally hold their CIPD qualification. The school are looking for someone who is IT Savvy and an excellent team worker.
