Position Overview & Specifications
Main Duties:
To provide a first class, professional, tyre fitting service, in respect of all Pirelli Motorsport requirement
To assist in the loading/unloading of tyres
To assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse and race event environments
To be accutely aware of the need for accuracy in a fast paced environment
To understand how the role of Tyre Fitter integrates with other motorsport roles e.g. Engineers, Logistics etc.and to operate at all times in a fully co-operative and cohesive manner
To work as an effective team member in relation to the tyre fitting team
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Resilience to be able to work in a busy, fast paced and highly pressurised environment
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work to and consistently achieve tight deadlines
A level of fitness appropriate to the physical demands of the job.
Ability to travel freely, with no passport restrictions, to worldwide locations (n.b.visa requirements are organised by the Company)
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
Previous tyre fitting experience but ‘on the job’ training will be provided
Previous experience and understanding of the Motorsport Sector
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, co-operative and adaptable individual to join Pirelli Motorsport based in Didcot, Oxfordshire. The position requires the successful candidate to work within the warehouse to gain a full understanding of how the company works and how the role integrates with other departments.
Main Duties:

To understand the motorsport environment and political arena, including the need for tact and diplomacy when required
