About The Role
As a Health Care Assistant in our Southampton Outpatients team you’ll be responsible for assisting the nursing team with patient care, coordinating clinics, administration, stock control and equipment maintenance. You'll have experience within an outpatients setting and have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling and want to work in an environment where the work can be hard, but also fun and rewarding.
About You
Having already achieved your NVQ level 2, there will be plenty of further learning opportunities including internal and external training modules. It would be an advantage if you have worked in acute healthcare environment. More important though is your flexibility, your knowledge of infection control, belief in teamwork and your ability to use your initiative, follow instructions and prioritise a busy workload.
