The Role

An opportunity has arisen for two bioanalytical team leaders to join the Bioanalytical Services team. This is a permanent position reporting directly to one of the Bioanalytical Study Directors.

Key Tasks:

• Analyse samples from preclinical and clinical studies by ICP-MS, GC-MS and LC-MS
• Perform ICP-MS, GC-MS and LC-MS bioanalytical assay validations
• On-The-Job training and mentoring of Bioanalyst (I)
• Supervise a team of Bioanalytical Scientists
• Ensure work is completed in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, internal policies / procedures, and client requirements where appropriate, reviewing and updating supporting documentation as appropriate.

The Candidate

• BSc (Hons) in a relevant scientific discipline.
• 1 year minimum of experience in bioanalysis.
• Experience in line management would be advantageous.
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Flexible approach to new work challenges.
