Your role will involve general administration duties for the Safety Support team and the Safety Department as a whole, including supporting the Safety Case Live Files and being actively involved in a number of key Rolls-Royce / MoD Safety interface meetings.

What you will be doing:

You will do diary management i.e., arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities;

• Setting-up and attending Safety interface meetings where required
• General office management (inc. Coupa, MIS, MiWorld Colleague)
• Distribution and storage across paper based and electronic systems
• Maintenance of MS Excel based trackers
• Create and maintain documentation across several data management systems
• General admin for the team and other colleagues

• Experience of MS Office software, Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
• Good communication skills at all levels
• Good attention to detail ensuring data accuracy
• Capable organisational skills
• Familiarity working to deadlines and KPIs
• Basic knowledge of MoD processes, structures, and management would be beneficial.

To work for the Rolls-Royce Submarines Business an individual has to hold a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if the individual does not currently already have this in place.
