The approach focuses less on rules and more towards outcomes-based regulation, the new Consumer Duty obliges firms to act to deliver good outcomes for retail clients. It will focus on evidence with firms expected to be able to produce all Governance, Processes, MI etc upon request.

  • Analysing current ways of working & solutions and feedback suggested improvements
  • Considering opportunities and potential risks attached to suggestions made
  • Reviewing and understanding technical documents from internal and third-party suppliers

About you:

  • Experienced in organising and facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and co-ordinating cross departmental changes and bringing various stakeholders together to clarify requirements
  • Competence in writing reports and making presentations to highlight the effect of changes made
  • Strong planning skills with a proactive view of dependencies; ability to self-manage commitments and deadlines
  • Passionate about building excellence through delivering a service you can be proud of
