We have a new opportunity for a Trainee Administrator to work in our Oxford office. This is a full time, permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to all our divisions.
  • Opportunity to visit other offices to offer administrative support.
  • Collect, scan and return scanning material for the organisation
  • Booking of Trains and taxis
  • Provide holiday cover for our database administrator
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Answer incoming calls promptly.
  • Prepare all meeting rooms for daily use
  • Help with internal and external events

The successful Trainee Administrator will:

  • Be educated to GCSE Level and above
  • Have experience using Microsoft
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be a keen team player
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a team environment
  • Have a ‘can do’ approach to work
  • Be organised and able to prioritise your own workload
