Job Title Integrated Communication Assistant Job Description We’re looking for an Integrated Communication Assistant (part-time job, 16 hours a week) to join our Marketing & Intercoms team in our office in Guildford, UK. As an Integrated Communication Assistant, you’ll be responsible for supporting admin work related to Marketing & Intercom activations. • Responsible to support the Marketing & InterCom department with all administrative, organizational and operational matters.
• Perform, maintain and record purchase orders, invoices & website ticketing independently.
• Data Management (including data storing and archive maintenance).
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and communication management (distribution lists, PR Coverages).
• Operational process awareness & sharing knowledge internally with other teams.

Your qualifications

• A few years of experience working in a similar position would be appreciated it.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong administrative skills.
• You are capable and you enjoy building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Structured, adaptive, discrete and quick learner are attributes that define yourself.
• Open and keen to take necessary steps for own development (learning paths, network, etc).
• Open for a flexible, office-based and part-time job (16 hours a week).
• You live locally to Guildford.
