Position Overview & Specifications
- Support the Sky Sports Commercial Team on the administering and fulfilment of the following daily activities:
- Expenses, Recruitment, Diary Management, Tech Support, Meeting & Visitor Booking, Travel, Compliance declarations
- Work with the Head of Commercial Partnerships to run all hospitality and general admission ticketing requests, with a specific focus between May and September on our premier events: British GP (+ key F1 events), England International Cricket, Major Golf + Ryder Cup
- Handle guest list with key partners (including travel and accommodation where needed)
- Work with rights-holders on fulfilment and logistics
- Hospitality ordering and tailored requests
- Invoicing
- Managing/working with event planners/event hosts where required
- Experience in departmental administration, with a key eye for detail
- A people person who is able to work well with people from across the Sky and Comcast businesses and with external partners
- Strong Sky stakeholder network (for internal candidates only)
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage upwards including with Sky Group executives
