The Candidate:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Graduate level Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in statistics, mathematics, or a related field and a passion for using data to drive business decisions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate, with some work experience, to gain hands-on experience and make a significant impact in a fast-paced, data-driven organization.
The Company:
- SpeedyBooker is an online travel business based in the centre of beautiful Bury St Edmunds, with exciting plans for the future.
- We own and operate several major travel websites focusing on accommodation but also including visitor attractions and wedding venues. They include speedybooker.com, universityrooms.com, britainsfinest.co.uk, and beach-huts.com. We are also soon to launch some innovative new websites.

The Position:
This is a new role within the company. You will:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources
- Develop and implement data models to support business decisions
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualisation tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems using data
- Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines, workflows and platform enhancements
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis and data managementThis is an exciting opportunity to play a rewarding, varied, and hands-on role.
- Provide data models and processes to enhance performance marketing efficiency and cross-business management information
- It can either be full-time or part-time (three days per week or half days).
