We’re a business that’s really focussing on the needs of our customers; we’re dedicated to making each and every bus journey as brilliant as it can be. We know that we don’t always get it right, but that’s what we’re striving for and we know that what matters when things don’t quite go to plan is what we do next... ...that’s where you come in! We need someone who can help both our customers and colleagues to resolve ticket and other retail related queries as quickly as possible , You’ll work in a small (but perfectly formed!) team to deliver outstanding support for customers who contact us from all over the country.   • On a daily basis, you’ll use our retail systems to solve Smartcard and other ticket related queries and issues, delivering excellent and timely support to help Stagecoach customers wherever they are or however they contact us.
  • You’ll offer just the right mix of customer support, maintain documentation and keep track of live customer support cases.
  • You’ll build strong relationships with our regional customer support teams and third party suppliers so that, together, we can ensure the best and quickest outcomes for our customers.

  • You’ll need to be able to evidence that you have recent experience and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • You’ll bring strong skills in all areas of administration, including organisation, problem solving, meeting deadlines with a high level of attention to detail.
  • You’ll be a confident communicator across all mediums – whether that’s over the phone, writing emails or chatting on social media.
  • You’ll have a “can do attitude”, a willingness to get stuck in and be a great team player
  • You’ll be confident with IT systems and platforms and have a sound working knowledge of standard business software (Microsoft Office, cloud based customer management platforms)
Not essential but it would also be great if you have experience of working in a retail or customer services environment.
