Our award winning apprenticeship programme is a four year programme, the first three years are spent on the job learning in the depot with an allocated mentor and attending a specialist training college in either Glasgow or Wolverhampton (depending on home location). The fourth year of the programme has been specifically designed by Stagecoach UK Bus to consolidate technical skills, by way of attendance at a series of development courses including manufacturer’s technical courses. After four years you will be fully industry skilled, with the prospect of a rewarding career ahead of you. The only things we need from you are 3 GCSEs at Grade C (or above) or Grade 4 (or above) or equivalent in English, Mathematics and a Science or 3 standard grades (3 or above) or National 4 or 5 in English, Mathematics and a Science.
