Position Overview & Specifications
Stoke Bishop Dental Centre have an exciting opportunity for a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team
The role:
- To work closely with the patient and clinician to ensure they have an excellent treatment journey.
- Treatments include bonding, Invisalign, implants and restorative/health focussed.
- To use intuitive and adapt your consultations with the patient around their preferences, for instance some may be nervous, some may want detail and others want it simplified.
- Lead virtual consultations as needed
- Manage the full patient onboarding from being their initial point of contact through to signing their consents and post treatment follow up.
- Liaising with the dentists to ensure the patient is fully happy.
- Monthly, realistic targets are set around the patient journey to deliver the best care possible.
Skills required
· Experience in a dental practice, ideally nursing
· Personable, organised, motivated
· Proactive and able to ready to make the role their own.
