We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Motion & Graphic Designer, who can be involved from the very start of a project, brainstorming ideas and work up creative concepts. You’ll have an outstanding balance of working within a supportive team but also having plenty of autonomy to work your own magic.

Our content creators at Populate are crucial – their work is the culmination of the hard graft put in by every member of the agency, as well as being the visual representation of everything we aspire to—so it’s a demanding, fast-paced but a rewarding position!
Key Competencies:

• 
  Advanced knowledge in creating thumbnails, stings, intros and outros for episodic content + animated text, diagrams and infographics for visual explainers.
• You’ll be creating anything from GIFs to longer-form 2D animation for our clients across the sports, events, ecom, FMGC sectors. So if you enjoy taking on different styles and applying your skills across a broad range of clients, this role will be pretty up your street.

What to expect:

• 
  You’ll be involved from concept to delivery, ensuring the creative aligns with your vision, clients’ brand guidelines, and the strategy the team has created.
• You’ll be working closely with our Account Managers and Paid Advertising team to create content—brainstorming together and creating concepts that fit the client’s target and brief.
• Working on a different client daily—we work with a broad range of clients, one day you’ll be putting together a motion graphic for a sports club, the next day creating a promo image announcing a line-up for a music festival, to creating an animation to show how to construct a slapping pizza.
