You may have a personal connection, a desire to work with or real life experiences working with autistic people. You might not have lots of experience yet, but if you share our values and are willing to make a difference to the lives of autistic people, weβd love to hear from you.

We are looking for Teaching Assistants with experience of working with Autistic pupils and those with more complex diagnosis such as PDA, ADHD or OCD.
You must be prepared to use initiative and work in a non-directive and non-confrontational way. You must have good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferably a Level 3 qualification or equivalent. You must possess at least a relevant Level 2 qualification.
You will also possess GCSE Maths and English (Grades A-C) or equivalent or be willing to gain these qualifications within your first year of employment.
