We are looking for waiting staff to join the new team here at The Sherborne Arms.
Live in accommodation available.
Exciting opportunity to be a part of a new opening.
Responsibilities of the waiting staff include:
- To communicate clearly to all suppliers, staff and customers and to be the focal point for people at the pub.
- To train and develop all staff and to ensure that they are confident in all areas of the business;
- To ensure the building is maintained to a very high standard
- To ensure that the business is compliant with all legislation in terms of health, safety and hygiene.
- To be accountable for efficient running of the business and that targets are met;
- To spot weaknesses and ensure that we improve where needed;
- To observe and report issues within the team and rectify where needed.
- To ensure that all staff are trained in the ethos of the Company;
- To be an exceptional example to all staff and customers and to be an ambassador to the business when not at work.
- To embrace the operational reports which are produced each week and get the points carried out as quickly as possible every week.
- Ensure the invoice procedure is efficiently carried out on a daily basis, and is delegated when you are not present.
