This role would be a customer service-based role communicating with our partners and their customers.
The role would be very hands-on and would require someone who works well in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities would also include:
- Responding to queries from end-user customers relating to ThingCo products and services
- Communicating with B2B partners on end-user queries
- Completing manual tasks within ThingCo accident risk management processes
- Ensuring tasks are actioned within SLA, achieve KPIs, follow procedures & policies and are performed to a high standard
