Children and Family Health Devon (CFHD) is the place to be! We are developing an innovative, integrated model of children's community services and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our friendly and dedicated locality and county-wide professional teams.
You will be joining a strong, enthusiastic and supportive group of professionals who will be your peers, your phone a friend network and your inspiring colleagues.
We are excited to be advertising for a clinical team manager, based within the north Devon locality.
You will provide the day to day operational management of the provision of care and treatment within the Physical and Sensory clinical pathway, which consists of a multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists and speech and language therapists. You will provide specialist clinical interventions and advice as required to the occupational therapists within the pathway.
This post holder will manage effective operational delivery of the service in close collaboration with the Occupational Therapy Clinical Specialist and other senior clinicians and clinical leads.
You will be expected to have supervisory skills and be able to hold a small caseload, working across the different environments such as home, schools and clinics.
