Training First Safety Ltd is a small business in Kilmarnock. Our goal is to promote safety in the construction workplace. We work with a network of CITB Approved Training centres and leading instructors to provide the highest quality training to companies across the UK.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Customer Service Co-ordinator to keep our office running smoothly. This is a permanent part-time role of 25 hours per week, ideally 5 hours a day, though we are flexible with hours and days to suit. You will be working on-site from our office in Kilmarnock, but we are open to hybrid setting.
You do not have to have the industry experience - weβve got you covered! We will provide full training to help you learn and understand everything you need to know for the role. All we require from you is:

Β· Good communication skills with the ability to talk to a wide range of people.
Β· Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

What you will be doing:
As our Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day to day operations of our business. Collaborating and working alongside our Managing Director and the Director of Operations, you will be:
Β· Obtaining certificates from outsourced trainers and sending them out to relevant parties.
Β· Maintaining onboarding systems for suppliers, and monitoring to ensure compliance with our industry regulations.
Β· Generating leads for the business through research and outreach.
Β· Preparing and sending quotes for training to potential clients.
Β· Maintaining accurate attendance records for training sessions.
Β· Providing general administrative support as and when needed.
These are the core tasks of the role at present, however, there is a likelihood that additional tasks may be given in support of our business growth.
