About the role
As an Data Administrator at CCF you will play a vital role in being the first point of contact for our branches and suppliers. Ultimately supporting the team to deliver first-class service. What matters to customers, matters to us
Top three things this role needs to deliver:
Ensure all our supplier related administrative tasks are completed and managed as agreed with the Category Manager- Run reports & analyse data to help develop ‘fact-base’ for the category. Have the ability to interpret the data to draw conclusions.
- Work across function (with Marketing and Pricing) to drive category activities
Who we’re looking for
Previous admin experience is a must. We need you to be great with numbers, sharp with data and able to balance lots of different tasks at the same time! You will also need the confidence to build relationships, be prepared to work at pace and most of all not be afraid to get stuck in and become an integral part of the team.
What you’ll do
Utilising your great communication skills, you will ensure requests and queries from our Branches are dealt with quickly and efficiently. You’ll have an eye for detail, ensuring accurate data is provided to help us understand the trading performance of our categories and customers. A great team player, we will need you to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across the business, as well as ensuring our product descriptions, images, prices and data is accurate and customer focused.
