Working a shift pattern of days and night shifts covering 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, you’ll be proactive and flexible in supporting your team to accomplish tasks.

ABOUT THE JOB
Be the first point of contact for both the Flight Deck and Cabin crew community within TUI Airways
Responsible for maintaining and amending changes to the crew communities live roster, ensuring the flying programme is maintained
Work closely and collaboratively with the Operations team and other key stakeholders within TUI
ABOUT YOU
Proven experience within a fast paced operational environment
Experience of working with policy and or legislative agreements
A creative problem solver, able to consider alternatives and arrive at a logical decision
Comfortable with ambiguity and working under pressure in a reactive environment
Previous experience in a customer service based role
Process and detail orientated with excellent organisational skills
Strong inter-personal and excellent communication skills with the ability to influence
Ability to work as part of a team
An enthusiastic ambassador of change who makes suggestions for improvement
Experience of the Airline/Aviation industry or a keen interest in this would be highly regarded
