Position Overview & Specifications
The Social Media Executive position offers an incredible opportunity for individuals looking to test their social media proficiency at the highest level. Your purpose it to ensure that the brand grows its presence and visibility on Social Media. You will be the driver for creative and impactful content.
Reporting directly to the Head of Ecommerce, you will be responsible for developing the social media content and acquisition strategy, owning and managing the bi-annual calendar ensuring that your direct team and key stakeholders are aware and aligned with upcoming activity. The ideal candidate must have a passion creating viral and engaging content, whilst simultaneously having the ability to drive commercial results.
Manage and oversee all global social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Tiktok.
Develop a social media strategy and KPI’s to increase brand awareness and overall engagement
Create social media channel campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation and partnership management.
Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company departments and stakeholders.
Act on market trends, user behaviour, new platform features, competitor activity and other relevant updates
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions have visibility over social media activity and can contribute
Managing communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure cross-department visibility and alignment
Building reporting frameworks to evaluate return on investment on the various platforms. Working with the marketing team to look at ways social media can work within wider campaigns.
Requirements
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a social media content or partnership role
· Strong familiarity and understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Tiktok required.
· Proven track record in delivery of KPI driven results
· Highly organised and impeccable attention to detail. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a proven track record delivering KPI driven results
· Strong sense of responsibility, takes ownership, self-starter and proactive attitude.
· Good mix of creative thinking and commercial understanding
· You are a naturally curious thinking, self-driven character with a passion for understanding customers and meeting their needs
· Must be comfortable presenting concepts and ideas
· Strong communicator with the ability to articulate complex topics both verbally and in writing to a variety of audiences
· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
· Strong project management and prioritisation skills
· Agile to change and pragmatic. Collaborative team player, comfortable working in a high pressure, fast paced environment where identifying needs, providing solutions and adding value is a prerequisite
· Commercial Awareness and a creative problem solver with the ability to think laterally and understand the cost and value drivers within a competitive business environment

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
